Introducing Scarlet
For When Life Goes Left
Happy New Year, friends!
I know this season is often framed around goals, fresh starts, and ambition.
But for many women, the turn of the year doesn’t feel clean or exciting.
It feels quiet.
Heavy.
Unfinished.
Because when life breaks you open, calendars don’t reset anything.
There are moments that quietly change everything.
Not the ones we plan for.
The ones that rupture us.
For me, those moments came in waves.
I’ve been cracked open by success, learning that achievement doesn’t protect you from collapse.
I’ve been cracked open by illness, facing my own mortality and realizing how quickly certainty disappears.
I’ve been cracked open by loss and endings I didn’t choose, versions of life I assumed were stable suddenly gone.
And I’ve been cracked open by motherhood, by the identity shift that comes when who you are no longer fits who you’re needed to be.
None of those moments came with instructions.
I learned how to survive them.
I learned how to keep functioning.
But no one taught me how to rebuild clarity and agency once my internal world no longer matched my life.
And that gap, the space between survival and living, is where so many women get stuck.
We learn how to cope.
We learn how to endure.
But we’re rarely taught how to choose again after something has broken.
For years, many of you have watched me write about resilience, wealth, motherhood, and what it takes to live well through seasons that should have broken you.
Scarlet is not a departure from that work.
It’s the most distilled expression of it.
I kept meeting women who were capable, thoughtful, and strong, yet quietly disoriented after life altered them in ways ambition, strategy, or motivation couldn’t touch.
That’s why I built Scarlet.
Scarlet is not about ambition or becoming more.
It’s not about fixing yourself or pretending the rupture didn’t happen.
Scarlet exists for women navigating life after something has broken; illness, loss, motherhood, divorce, or a moment that irreversibly changed who you are.
This work begins where most self-help ends.
Because healing without agency just creates a softer cage.
Comfort alone is not freedom.
Insight alone is not transformation.
Feeling better without regaining authorship still leaves you confined.
At the heart of Scarlet is The Reset — an intimate, live, guided experience designed for women rebuilding how they think, decide, and move through life after a defining rupture.
This is not a course.
It’s not content to consume.
It’s a live, relational room designed to be small on purpose.
10 women.
8 weeks.
1 room.
That’s the container.
Eight weeks of reflection, integration, and steady recalibration.
One room where presence matters.
Where being seen matters.
Where the work deepens because the group is intentionally limited.
This space is for women who don’t need encouragement.
They need internal structure.
Women who aren’t looking to “bounce back,”
but are ready to rebuild from truth.
The Reset will only hold 10 women.
When the room is full, it closes until the following class.
If this speaks to you, if you feel both seen and challenged, I invite you to add your name to the waitlist below.
This isn’t about starting over.
It’s about choosing how you move forward.
Big love,
Yliana
